- Boats up to 26 feet. That is the hull. The yard bills on the footprint below.
- Measured hitch to prop. From the tip of the trailer coupler to the rearmost point, lowered outboard prop, swim platform or spare tire included. 20 feet is the minimum, so the smallest bill is $160 a month.
- Seasonal runs October 15 to April 15. Paid in full, or on a schedule you agree, by December 1. A seasonal agreement is fixed and non-refundable.
- Month to month needs 30 days’ notice. In writing, before she leaves the yard.
- Insurance is required. Active comprehensive, hull and liability coverage on the boat and trailer the whole time she is here. Your policy is the primary coverage.
- Prep before drop-off. Take the electronics, fishing gear and valuables home, pull the bilge plugs and tie her down, unless she is getting the full shrink wrap.
